產(chǎn)品的物化性質(zhì)：

本品為白色或微黃色粉末及小顆粒蠟狀固體，常溫下不溶于水、乙醇、四氯化碳等溶劑，但可溶于熱的丁醇等高沸點溶劑，閃點280℃左右，耐熱穩(wěn)定性在300℃左右。由于本品是在乙撐雙硬脂酰胺基礎(chǔ)上引入極性基團，其性能除了具有EBS特性外，還具有好的分散性和光亮潤滑性，以及抗靜電和脫模效果。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

1. 用作丙綸色母料和ABS等色母料的分散劑，能明顯提高色母料的熔體指數(shù)和表面光亮度；

2. 用作顏料酞菁藍、酞菁綠和炭黑（普通和高色素炭黑）等難分散顏料特別有效的分散劑；

3. 在回收ABS、PS、AS等塑料中起增光潤滑作用；

4. 在透明PVC、PP、PE中起潤滑及抗粘作用，在PVC電線電纜料加工中起到內(nèi)外潤滑作用，在彈性PVC料中起外潤滑作用；

5. 在無機填充改性PE和PP中作光亮劑及相容劑，能提高制品的光亮度、熔體指數(shù)、缺口沖擊強度、彎曲模量和斷裂強度；

6. 適用于擠塑成型的硬質(zhì)PVC型材、管材，可使產(chǎn)品表面光亮；

包裝、貯運：

產(chǎn)品用復(fù)合袋包裝，每袋凈重20kg或25kg，運輸時應(yīng)防止日光直射和雨淋，貯存期壹年，建議存放在避光和干燥通風(fēng)處，壹年后檢驗合格仍可使用，本品按一般化學(xué)品規(guī)定貯運。

Physical and chemical properties of products:

Product application:
