產品的物化性質：

本品具有良好的潤滑性和中等爽滑性，熱穩定性好，可在超過310℃的塑料（樹脂）加工中使用，用量正隨耐高溫聚合物的不斷增長而增加，在工程塑料方面進行膜澆鑄的過程中更為有用。會在聚丙烯類共聚物表層發生遷移，但是不會在聚丙烯類均聚物的核心層發生遷移，允許用于食品容器、包裝材料中（GB9685-2008）。

產品應用：

1.可用作聚烯烴、尼龍（PA）和聚酯（PET、PBT）等樹脂的潤滑劑、防粘劑和脫模劑，更適用于復合和多層共擠生產工藝，以及壓延包裝和塑封包裝中；

2.在PE、PP、PS、ABS、PA、AS、PET、PC、PVC和PVDC中按生產需要適量使用；

3.丙烯酸橡膠的內部脫膜劑和爽滑劑；

4.用作纖維素、聚烯烴、乙烯/丙烯，乙烯/乙烯基共聚物，聚乙烯基聚合物和共聚物有效的防粘劑和增滑劑。；

5.工程塑料的耐高溫脫膜劑、潤滑劑和摩擦力調節劑（摩擦系數可控制在0.25-0.45之間）；

6.茂金屬聚烯烴的優良脫模劑。

包裝、貯運：

產品用復合袋包裝，每袋凈重20kg或25kg，運輸時應防止日光直射和雨淋，貯存期壹年，建議存放在避光和干燥通風處，壹年后檢驗合格仍可使用，本品按一般化學品規定貯運。
